Informing Sky of a change of address

Hi I am moving home on the 31 OCT and I can't update my account details with Sky online. I have even tried to use the Moving Home feature and the Sky Virtual Assistant and neither are helpful. The Moving home link tells me that I have already booked a move and when I click the update button it tells me that I don't have a Moving Home order. I would like to help Sky and change my address details online or book a move to complete this task but Sky has designed its systems so that it is impossible to break the loop. The Virtual Assistant is useless. Can anyone on the community help me ? I don't want to call Sky as it takes forever to speak to someone who can help or wants to help

Hi @pauljsay   Certainly not good, but unfortunately I cannot see how the community can help. The escalation to Sky procedure has been turned off.
