You have charged me for 4 devices when I only have 3! Ive been charged an additional 12 pound for nothing

I only have 2 mobiles and a ipad. I never ordered anything with a 12 pound subscription! I want a refund amd it removing from further bills

We're other customers here. You'll need to contact Sky directly.

Did you swap any devices recently? What do your bills show?
