Creating a new account

When I tried to create a new My Sky account, using my son's name but my email address, the message kept saying "You already have an account". I do already gave an account for a different address but I wanted to create a new account for my son, who is at a different address. He does not look at his emails, which is why I entered my email address. How can I resolve this problem?

You have to use a different email address.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
