Not happy with sky customer
Ive been having some right issues with sky customer services rang them over the Black Friday week to arrange a new subscription to my current bill which is running out so I go online and get the customer service number the first one I ring is some Bangladesh women asking me all sorts of rubbish that ive not been asked before so I ask her if she works for sky and she says shes a 3rd party operatorive for sky I demand i get a different number because she was sounding very shady and didn't trust it. I go to this new call and again its some non speaking bloke and he puts me on mute because someone was celebrating a birthday in the call centre I then explain the previous call and demand he put the last number i rang to scam protection as he told me he was a sky employee and he refused to do so and he offered me a 180 pound deal at only 75 quid per month I said ive had my time wasted and I put the phone down I then ring sky again and this time an African fella answered and I told him the poor time i had being almost scammed and he told me he would put a complaint in regarding the phone number he said he would ring me back today and ive not heard anything. Shall I change providers and give up because I have 2 days left till my wifi ends

Re: Not happy with sky customer
@TheCornishking7 You need to be aware if you call Sky customer service that your call can be routed to any call centre both onshore & offshore
If you don't take an offer there and then when you call the next time you call you won't be offered the same.
It's not clear from your post what your complaint is about?
If you want to raise a complaint you should do it through these routes https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-customer-complaints-code-of-practice/
In additon as you have broadband call are also included with Sky Talk, you can call 150 from your Talk Landline.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Not happy with sky customer
You haven't got 2 days before your Wi-Fi ends. You may have 2 days before your current discounts expire.
If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract.
Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so don’t expect anything close to a new customer deal.
See this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-your-package-2-t2#downgrade
If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that in 18/24 months time you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.

Searching online for a number can always bring up Premium rate numbers so be careful with that.
📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline as you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
