I've been charged a fee on my bill I don't understand why

We obviously can't see your bill or even which service it's for. Click on the blue arrow next to any amount you're querying and/or compare the bill to last months.

Hi I've just spoken to sky and apparently they've charged me for an old sky box that I have sent back it's a good job I kept the tracking number and they have received it . Now the charges have been taken off my bill . Thanks very much Janine
