Extra charges
I've been charged extra for late payment, but I wasn't late and they're charging for month in advance.

The month in advance is charged if a bill is paid particularly late (a late fee would seem to suggest a bill appears not to have been paid).
If Sky believe you owe money then they aren't easy to talk to until that payment is made I'm afraid.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
