Exit fee

so I recently left sky and you have sent me a bill for £169

so I can forward this over to BT so they can settle the bill

if that could be done today, that would be fantastic

my name Victoria

If that can be emailed over today that the final exit fee, I can forward that over to the Account accounts at BT and they will pay this as they are paying my exit fee for me moving over to their broadband provider

@vickybel  Sky won't send an email with the bill on, however, there is nothing stopping you from downloading a PDF of your bill, have you tried this?

Hi @vickybel   To be clear, you need to pay the exit fee, BT will not do that for you as that would be a major breach of GDPR regulations. You then need to claim a credit (no cash alternative) from BT to pay your future subscriptions. You can download a copy of your final bill in .pdf format from Your Sky Bills.

Re: Exit fee

I cancelled my sky subscription a couple of weeks ago. However I got billed on the usual billing date, but have not receieved final bill. When I check online, keep getting old monthly payment due, though it does have a note of the cancellation. Is there any way to request final bill from Sky?
