Existing vs new customers

My contact has ended and I am on rolling contract which doesnot guarantee my speed. I am having problem with broadband these days but cannot complain because I am not covered by guarantee. I can see upgrade options for me which is way over what I am paying now. But when I check for new customers it is lower than what I am being quoted.

You could call Sky to see if there any offers that they can offer you.
