Existing customer
Hi I've seen my bill has gone up to over £115 , I've seen a deal in the Black Friday for the sports bundle to £55 with sky sports and 500mbps full fibre broadband and would like to change to this

Is this something you can still offer, as have found the same deal through virgin
would prefer to stay but only if this can be done
