Equipment change

I have seen on my bill that I am getting charged for some equipment, says I have past the date I was not aware of any equipment need to be sent back , 

please can someone advise me to how I resolve this issue

If you have cancelled anything then the equipment does have to be returned so this link will help you to do this:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Hi @Tam26   I'm afraid that only Sky can inform you what equipment they are referring to. This normally only happens when somebody cancels, then changes their mind.
