Hi,
My engineer was due to visit Thursday 15th, we stayed in all day and nobody turned up. I have logged on to my account today and its been updated that there was an issue. Why were we not made aware? I cannot get through to SKY on the telephone its near impossible.

The engineer was due to come out to install the TV services.
