Engineer did not turn up

Hi, 

 

My engineer was due to visit Thursday 15th, we stayed in all day and nobody turned up.  I have logged on to my account today and its been updated that there was an issue.  Why were we not made aware?  I cannot get through to SKY on the telephone its near impossible.

As customers like you we won't know the reason I'm afraid. We obviously don't know why the engineer was coming out so you'll have to persevere on the phone.

The engineer was due to come out to install the TV services.
