Engineer coming tomorrow and haven’t received any box

I have an engineer coming tomorrow to set up. I missed the delivery of sky box today. Do I need to reschedule the engineer?

Hi @Bubble3   The installer brings the Sky Q TV box with them, the broadband router is delivered in advance.

@Bubble3  Do you have the tracking number for the hub?  If so you can pick it up from the royal mail sorting office or get  a redelivered.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
