Sky marketplace payment

I have several months missed payments for Disney + on Sky marketplace - there is no way on the Sky app you can make a payment to clear the outstanding balance.

Anyone got any ideas what to do?

If there is no way to make a payment via your billing section for these then all you can do is to speak to Sky to see if they can help you with it.

The phone  number is 150  from  a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

Thanks for your advice but it hasn't worked contacting Sky.

There is no way on the app to pay the outstanding balance and they have now directed me to contact Disney +.

Bizarre situation to have a bill you want to pay but cannot!

Sky advised me to contact Disney Plus who have then referred me back to Sky. 

Matter remains unresolved!

I'm having the EXACT same situation with Paramount Plus!!

What on EARTH am I supposed to do - this outstanding bill is causing my account to be restricted!?!
