Not sure what "Engineer c" has to do with your question but with regards to your billing if you have seen an increase then it is probably because you were on a discounted price that has now ended so time to call now to see if you will be given another one, and if they do you will need to make your mind up while on the call and it will come with a new 24 month contract.
