Email update and subscription change

Need to remove my ex husband's details from my account as he's trying to set up his mother's account but it's still pulling my details for him account. I also want to remember it the sky cinema subscription removed with immediate effect Please confirm when both are complete Thanks Sarah Stevenson

@SarahStevenson sorry, we're customers here, not Sky. What details of your ex-husband's are included in your account?

 

The quickest way to remove Sky Cinema from your account is to call. 31 days notice is required.

@SarahStevenson this is a public forum of other sky customers not a way to communicate with Sky customer services.

 

Note that you can update your own subscription via your My Sky account, where you can add and remove packages ( providing you aren't in a minimum term contract - if you are the options to remove are typically greyed out).

He needs to use a different email address when placing this order and he also must not be signed into your/his previous account when doing this.
