I had an email a few days ago saying the funds for my latest bill was unable to be collected. Paying isn't a problem so I went to check it out on the Sky app & my account was showing as not set up. So I've been trying to re-enter my credit card details but for some reason there seems to be an issue on the app & website.
is there a bug in the system at the moment?

Just that there is an unexpected issue. Doesn't say what, but it can't be my card as I've since used it elsewhere without any problem.
