I wish to remove Netflix Standard £4 charge from my Sky stream - I did not sign up for this. How can I get this actioned?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can change it via the My Sky app, and switch Netflix back to the basic tier ( which is the default tier). My should also be able to change it via the Sky Store -> Your PRoducts section on Sky Glass and Sky Stream.

Thanks where in MySky do I make the change please - I am in my 70's - so not fluent with apps xxx

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are using the MySky phone app, if you login and click on the TV icon at the bottom it should all the information for your TV subscription.
You can then manage your subscription and there should be an option there that shows which Netflix tier you are on and allows you to change the tier.
