Can I contact sky yo garentee to pay my bill tomorrow as it's overdue

I'm afraid Sky don't accept promises to pay, except for services bought on credit - Sky Glass and Sky Mobile.

You are only talking to other customers here @Chris120 so if you do get restricted you would also need to setup your payment method again.

Unfortunately you should have contacted sky before you were unable to pay the bill. Sky have a strict policy when it comes to overdue bills, and use an automated system that deactivates accounts until all money owed had been paid. 

 

Customer services agents are unable to deactivate an account that has been suspended due to this, and you wont be able to speak to an agent anyway via the automated phone system until Sky have received the payment.
