Email linked to old account
Online log in doesn't bring up current account. Can't see invoices ect. Also can't access extra such as sky go app or discovery + that can with package as my email is still linked to the old account

@LucyHales If you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year then your account will have been closed as you have discovered so you will need to set up a new Sky ID.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. You can do this by logging into the old account here:

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

All you should need to do is to login to that old account and remove the email address that is there as the recovery/communication address as this should then free it up to use with your new ID when you get around to setting it up.
