I’m paying double amount.

Hi there I'm paying £39.02 for 2 sky boxes, I only have 1 sky box. I would appriciate it if you refund me some money please as I been over paying too much for a long period of time and I only realised it and I sent the old sky box to you a while ago, I don't have one in bedroom no more the small box I only have the large one in the living room. Also I hardly use it.

Did you cancel this other box (multiscreen) and did you get any sort of acknowledgement that it had been cancelled ?

 

Did you get and keep proof of posting after returning it ?

I told them wanted cancel it they sent me a bag to send it off. I wanted completely cancel sky altogether because hardly use it and sales people lower my price but kept me going with them when I told them don't want it.

This isn't clear as you don't pay for sky boxes - you pay for subscriptions.  (Q hardware is loaned 'free')

 

If you mean multiroom then you would have to cancel the relevant subscription and then sky ask for the box to be returned.  Just sending a box back won't cancel any subsciption or reduce any costs.

 

If this is the case, call Sky and give notice to cancel the multiroom sub (31 days) - it will not be backdated regardless of whether you've used it or not.

Hi @Lolly91   You are probably not aware that this is a public community forum and not Sky customer services. Basically customers helping other customers. However as already requested, if you have proof that you cancelled Multiscreen then I am sure somebody will escalate to to Sky.

And when did you speak to them about cancelling multiscreen ?

Did you get any emails afterwards about the cancellation ?
