Email for customer services ?

I have contacted sky today via phone and I have been passed around 7 people and ping ponged between departments and not one single sky representative can help me or know what I'm on about! I entered a DRO and my old sky tv debt has now been legally written off by the insolvency team and the debt is no longer enforceable it doesn't exist any more. Yet it is still on my account and my account is still restricted. I have 3 mobile sims and never missed a payment in 4 years. I cannot upgrade/downgrade due to this very old debt that's still on my account. Sky chat is useless and so are customer service via phone no one is understanding that this debt is now non existent and it is illegal for them to even try to enforce it now. How can I get it removed off my account 🤯

@Kayxxlouisexxj

Responding to your thread title ~ Sky don't use email for general communication. Your restricted service may mean Sky consider you a payment risk.
