Change of name by deed poll

I understandypu have to send a copy of your deed poll and 2 extra documents with old and new nane but it doesnt say where to send them too????

• Yeah i have done all that. I need to send proof but there is no email, live chat with real person, phone number to find out how i send the proof it just goes round in circles
