Email change and Sky id

Simple question, if I want to change my contact email address, will it affect my Sky id which contains my old email address?

Do you mean the login email address to your Sky account or the one on your account that is used as the recovery/communication one ?

I mean the email address for general contact. I do not want to change my sky id, just my contact email. I was worried that if I change my contact email it will affect my Sky id as that contains the old email address I used to set up my account.

Changing your contact email address doesn't change anything else on your account.
