I would presume your email address is nominated for correspondance in his account. Have you asked him?
He needs to go into his account and change the email address under Account Info > Household email address
I doubt there's any 'fraud'.

Re: Email address fraud?
Yes asked him, he said he has no idea, and don't get me wrong I have no reason to doubt him, we have been divorced 20 years but still friends.
What he's not is tech savy and sayes he has no idea how to get on his account and I live 500 miles away so can't help him very well
Thanks for your response
