Incorrect broadband bill
On September 2nd I renewed my broadband contract. The agreed new price was £26 per month down from £43 but my future bills are still showing £40 p/m with a £3 reduction. Why isn't the agreed £26 p/m showing in my bill?

That's a question for Sky rather than the other customers here.
Calls are recorded if needed.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Bennyje I have just had exactly the same! Fibre installed today and bill is showing £43 with £3 discount which was not the agreed price! Have you spoken to someone about this? I don't have time to call today, but will call tomrrow.
