Edenred incentive card issues

I received an edenred card from sky. I have tried repeatedly to log in to edenred following the link and im getting stuck on a blue loading screen for hours. I tried the app but I cant even get through registration without it failing. 

Has anyone else experienced this? How do I activate the card and establish the balance?

As these gift cards are sent by Edenred I would suggest contacting them, as there is this email address you can use:

Cardholderservices-ukatedenred.com

Replace the at with a @.
