Early termination charges

I have been in touch with complaints department regarding breakdown of details for Early termination charges for my new provider.

This payment was made to Sky in April (£323 for Broadband and TV).  

 

I have been advised by the Complaints Department to find everything I require by viewing my final bill. I have tried to do this and found it impossible. Tried help from virtual assistant, no help there!! Please advise, I am now getting desperate?

Were you able to find your bills here: https://www.sky.com/bill ? If you expand all the sections you should be able to find details of the early termination charges applied.

The final bill does not provide a 'breakdown' - I believe it's listed as an 'adjustment'.  If your new provider won't accept that then your complaint is with them...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
