Early termination charges

I have been in touch with complaints department regarding breakdown of details for Early termination charges for my new provider.

This payment was made to Sky in April (£323 for Broadband and TV).  

I have been advised by the Complaints Department to find everything I require by viewing my final bill. I have tried to do this and found it impossible. Tried help from virtual assistant, no help there!! Please advise, I am now getting desperate?

Were you able to find your bills here: https://www.sky.com/bill ? If you expand all the sections you should be able to find details of the early termination charges applied.

The final bill does not provide a 'breakdown' - I believe it's listed as an 'adjustment'.  If your new provider won't accept that then your complaint is with them...

I'm having the same problem, there is not enough detail on my bill in the app to satisfy my new supplier . Any suggestions

@mark123123321 have you downloaded the pdf copy of your bill? That's as much as Sky will provide.

I don't know  how to get a pdf bill from Sky,  any help appreciated
