Early termination charge

I have moved house recently and sky broadband were unable to provide me with the service at my new address. I was told this would be cancelled free of charge as they could not provide the service for me. I have now just received an email saying I have £100.25 early termination fee. This is unacceptable as sky are unable to fulfil the contract not me. 
Not only have I been wrongly charged for 2 months worth of bill last month and had no refund of this. Now you are billing me an additional £100.25 !

We are customers here. Have you called Sky and questioned this charge?

It will be an automated charge - as noted you'll need to call to get it removed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
