My billing for sky

I have a bill for £106 I spike to an advisor who who said its due to a month being missed all my bills are paid,he then said it was reduced to £80 I have paid £60 already now on my tv it's saying my sky is going to be restricted it's ridiculous

You can view your bill online via the MySky app or online here so you should be able to see why you are being charged £106:

So what shows here, if it has been reduced to £80 and you haven't paid it in full then this might be why your services have been restricted and this will remain until you pay the bill in full and that you setup your monthly payment method again.

Why? If your bill is £80 and you've paid only £60, you haven't paid the amount required?
