@Renata2010  Which tv platform do you have ? Is it sky glass or stream? If yes how long ago did you take delivery of the tv or puck?

if more than 14 days ago sky would have activated your account and billing automatically regardless of your broadband connection status d

broadband Billing doesn't commence until you have gone live

Hard to say without any detail.

In outline, your broadband service will be activated on the date Sky gave you, and you'll be charged from that point whether you use it or not.

If you've ordered Sky Q, it shouldn't be activated before it's installed.

If you've ordered Sky Stream/Glass, it's activated  when you set it up, or automatically two weeks after shipping and you'll be charged from that point.

Re: Early bill

I didn't activated anything , the man who was making my contract was ordering everything for me so that's why I don't understand what's going on.

Yes so as explained Sky Glass and Sky stream will auto activate 14 days after delivery if you haven't activated it before then.

What Sky services have you signed up to and when was the delivery/setup date?

If that's an installation date, it must be Sky Q, and you shouldn't be charged for it until that date. You'll need to take it up directly with Sky (we're customers here).

Your bill should say the services you have been charged for 😉
