EMail Hacked

Hello to all at Netflix and Sky.

I am having so much trouble contacting Netflix and Sky!

I am sending this EMail to both of you and Hope It Is not to Involved!

I have for my TV, a Sky Box which also Includes a Netflix package payable on a Monthly basis.

Twice In the Last few Months My EMail has been hacked by some Foreign Person and changed my Netflx Account to a Foreign Language
which I don't Understand. Therefore, I am unable to access the settings in the Account to change the Language back to English.

Whilst I don't really want to change my EMail Address, I would like to Introduce a New, stronger Password.

providing It puts the Language back to English but as said I am unable to change the Password settings due to the unknown Language.

Any help with this matter please?

@paulco64  You're not "Emailing" Sky or netflix by posting in a customer helps customer community.

 

Nor are you emailing Sky by posting on the email board which is intended for Sky/Yahoo email account related issues, not Netflix login issues.

 

Have you tried all the steps detailed here?   https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fixing-problems-with-netflix-netflix-wrong-language

 

If your email & netflix accounts are being hacked it would suggest very poor password/easily giessed password are being used, or you have inadvertantly given hackers access to your accounts by following links sent to you either by email or on social media.

 

You need to ensure that any accerss to accounts have 2FA enabled especially email accounts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The Last thing I want to do is,  Change my Password and find, although page the has changed, the page Is still In some Foreign Language and not English?

The information on that link comes from Netflix and is what you need to do to fix this, of course is it up to you if you do it or not.
