Due refund

I cancelled sky in April 2025 and was still being charged up to November. I eventually got the account closed and was told €207 would be issued back onto my card. I have not received this and it is showing up as a credit on my next bill, how can I get this payment refunded to me?

You are going to need to call Sky Ireland again tomorrow about this as only they can issue the refund and usually it can take 3-5 days for it to be back in your account.
