I cannot find bill statement download on my app I have searched and searched,don't know what else to do,I called and chatted customer care they kept telling me to check my app or the website,but on both places cannt download the statement don't know what else to do. Please I need help urgently

There isn't one.

However, you can download as PDF if you log onto the website: https://www.sky.com/bill

(Click view bill and scroll down to 'Download bill pdf')

Hi @Okiemute   Just to emphasise, website only, not the App. https://www.sky.com/bill If the App opens, copy/paste the URL to a browser.
