I had an email through from Disney about the subscription going up and what to do about changing it via My Sky. I did this and when I changed my subscription a message came up saying that this would now be billed separately. I had to put in my bank card details and once accepted the completion message said any overlap of subscription payments from what I've paid sky to what I just paid would be refunded from my next sky bill.
I've now got an email from Disney saying I've got multiple subscriptions under the same membership number and no refund has been allocated to my sky bill.
I'm now confused. Anyone else had this?
