Doesn't take money out

Every month, I keep having the same issue of sky texting me saying they couldn't take payment, I always have money in my account, and it never shows up on my bank... how can I fix this because its very frustrating

Assuming you are trying to pay by a direct debit are your details correct on your account, if they are have you spoken to both Sky and yiur bank about this ?

I'm having the exact same issue. The card details are correct, the money's in the bank, yet they've now messaged me 2 months in a row telling me there's not enough funds in the account. 
Incredibly frustrating and clearly the issue is not on our end

@Nina5682 you need to call Sky as the details they hold dont match your account and need amending.
