Dispute

My sky bill is £112 this month there is things on my sky what shouldn't be there and you are charging me for 

sky signature 

netflix

tnt sports

inwant those removing because I haven't signed up for them

I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting here. We are customers on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Sky Signature is the basic package. Are you saying you haven't agreed to Netflix or TNT?

Sky Signature is the basic TV package so you if you pay TV from Sky then you have to have it.

 

As for TNT and Netflix you might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs


If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

 

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
