So I have a Disney account but haven't set up a payment. When I sign in on the tv and enter the password it says its sent a 6 digit code which never comes and when it does arrive I enter it and it takes me back to signing in. Very frustrating.
If you have a Disney account via them then it is them who you need to contact about this.
