Email read by a human

I spoke to someone at sky asking for an email that a human would see. She sent a link which I opened and wrote about my problem. The reply can back within 2 mins stating that the email address I used had no reply facility. All I want is a real email address

Sky doesn't use email as a way we can contact them by so if you can explain your issue on here we might be able to help as there is a wealth of knowledge on this community.

Sky don't have a support email address (AFAIK), you will need to phone or use social media. (X or Messenger)

@Bpsa there's an email address for contact in your Sky contract, but I suspect there would be a protracted wait for a response and you may well be directed to call anyway as they can't verify your identity from an email
