Disgusting service

I'm a single parent of a young boy & im a first time sky customer in moving home and trying to deal with everything by my self im still a month after joining sky waiting for them to install WiFi & broadband they haven't kept me updated they have promised to ring me back and haven't iv opened a complaint with them selfs and I'm just so disappointed and disgusted definitely wouldn't recommend

What is (or was) your broadband activation date? Are you having a full fibre product installed?

@Elle-marie Hope you get the resolution you want from your complaint.

 

Remember, if you aren't happy with their initial reply you can ask for it to be escalated and reviewed further. Then if you're still not happy you can ask for a deadlock letter and then go to CISAS for adjudication. 

 

After going through my own home move last year I know how stressful a time it is without then being let down by companies like this.
