End of subscription
Hi, I want to end my subscription as i an out of contract

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel your TV package and 14 days for broadband so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
