Hi. Received renewal deal. Is this dealt with by retentions department as I may call to try and see if there is a better offer from them. Thanks

Call sky there are some good offers in the deal section on the homepage, you can ask to speak to the retention team but also remember that new deals are 24 month contracts now

Tried calling sky last night after 6pm to look at renewal package. Agent whom I could not understand at all and I do not mean that disrespectfully, said oh you should call back 2nd week May. Why? You sent my renewal deal whichnibwanttto discuss and amend, got same response. I gave up. Will try again tomorrow during daytime.
