Netflix

I have Netflix on my sky account and wish to cancel it. That bloody stupid bot is so useless that it can't even understand that I wish to speak to a human. Can someone please help me to cancel this Netflix from my account as I never watch it. Thank you

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
