Discounts

Please can you someone tell me is there a call center number in UK as I'm being passed around the world by different people and it seems they are messing package.  1st of all the 1st person didn't apply my discount they offered me. So I rang again and this time I got to a lady saying the person didn't apply it but I can do it for you. But it seems she has messed the discount up now as well. My future bills are still the same and I'm paying extra £10 admin fee for what?

When you call Sky you are routed to the next available advisor wherever they are based.

Admin fees are something Sky have been added to bills for a few years now and are usually added in situations like yours where a new offer has been applied.

I would give it time for your future bills to update and if they are wrong you will need to get back on the phone.

There's a standard contact number which connects you to the next available adviser regardless of where they're based. There's no way of choosing which call centre you're connected to, I'm afraid.
