I have been billed incorrectly for my Sky glass subscription. When I try to log in to the app, it doesn't work. When I try to find my sky Id it doesn't work, essentially everything I try to do to get my billing details or try to find a way in which to get some answers, I get met with some issue either on the website and app. Also my account number and post code aren't recognised or linked to any subscription? Very disappointed with the service and help functions. No answers and no justified reason to almost double my payment

What is actually happening when you try to login to the app or link your account to your Sky ID ?
