Discounts reduced while under contract

My contract expires at the end of June. However according to my future payments on the app  my June charges are being increased because my in-contract discounts are being reduced.  Very disappointing action from SKY from a customer with over 26 years of viewing.

Any ideas on why they are doing this?

@Skolar  Your contract doesn't expire until you cancel it's the minimum term discounts that do

you will move to a rolling monthly contract at full list until you either agree a new minimum term for a lower price or cancel

Also don't forget bills are for a month in advance, so if your minimum term ends towards the end of June, any discounts applied would disappear from your June bill which would be to cover the following month.

Because charging is monthly in-advance and your discounts are expiring.  Quite normal and correct.

If you look at your itemised bill app it will show the actual date your discount end. I expect from you post that end date of you discounts is sometime in June rather than the end of month. That being the case the rest of month is at full list price. When you can your July bill it will show a bigger increase if you don't do anything you will be paying the full list price for package. If  you are unhappy abount paying  the increased price in June you can always contact Sky before that and negotiate a new minimum term infect you could even do that now . As my minimum term was not supposed to end until the end of the year but I called Sky a couple of months ago about  different matter and while I was on the phone they suggested increasing my discount for a further  period on new 24 month minimum then, so my end date in now February 2028 and I now also get discounts on items I did not have before.
