Discount not applied

Hi

 

I signed up to a new 1 year deal and have now realised that the agreement has not been applied in full as a discount has not been applied.

 

I would like this resolved

@BelfastBoy2  When was this agreed as it can take awhile to filter through to billing

I'd suggest raising a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

Its not going to get resolved by posting on this forum as its a community forum of other Sky customers. You will need to proactively use one of the contact methods in the link above to get this rectified.
