Direct debits

Just signed up as a new customer to sky broadband and tv, I've received two Direct debit emails from my bank but don't know why I've got two set up!

@VJO  Did you sign up for Sky stream for your TV package?   If so Stream & broadband are billed seperately which means 2 direct debits, 1 for broadband and 1 for Stream/Glass.

Re: Direct debits

I signed up for broadband and Netflix so that's probably it. How does the payment get split as I was told just one total price?

@VJO  You'll need to check the email confirmation as to what you signed up for as the prices wiull be on that email for broadband & stream, that will show how it's split.

Or check each individual bill on the mysky app.

Re: Direct debits

Thank you. I've checked My Bills in the app but as I've only just signed up (2 days ago) nothing shows yet, until after the first month apparently
