Sky Bill

I have been charged £30 something from yourselves even though I cancelled & changed to EE over a month ago. Can you explain what this is for please??

What Sky services did you have and how did you cancel? Its worth noting that if you had Broadband and TV, switching your provider will only automatically cancel your broadband services, another provider cannot cancel TV services on your behalf.
